Livva started with a small group of college students in San Francisco who decided to rent out a house together. We thought it would be simple, just list the place, find tenants, and split the costs. Instead, we found confusion, constant messaging, and a lack of trust on both sides. That frustration turned into curiosity: what if renting could manage itself?
That question became Livva. We built an agentic platform where intelligent agents do the hard work: posting listings, matching tenants, and handling communication — so people can focus on finding a place that feels like Home.
